FAQ
Yes. We can take over the project entirely—covering everything from design through prefabrication and installation to commissioning and qualification under a single technical responsibility. Alternatively, we can take over a specific phase or execute the mechanical scope within a larger EPC project. The scope of cooperation is defined jointly with you at the outset.
We manufacture them in our own facilities. Skids, modules, and piping assemblies are prefabricated and factory acceptance tested (FAT) prior to dispatch, while installation and welding are performed by our own teams supervised by our in-house welding engineers. We do not outsource prefabrication, which allows us to fully control quality, traceability, and timelines.
Documentation is generated concurrently with the execution, not afterwards. You receive welding logs, isometrics, material certificates according to EN 10204 (type 3.1 or 3.2), inspection records, and factory acceptance test (FAT) protocols. For pharmaceutical projects, the documentation is prepared to directly support qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) and regulatory audits.
Welding procedures are executed according to ISO 3834-2, for clean utility systems according to ASME BPE and AWS D18.2, and pressure equipment in compliance with the PED directive. Procedures are supervised by our welding engineers, ensuring that weld inspection, material traceability, and welding documentation are an integral part of every project.
Tie-ins, overhauls, and upgrades are executed during scheduled shutdowns, phased operations, or alongside active neighbouring systems. We transfer as much of the scope as possible to prefabrication so that on-site intervention is minimised and the shutdown remains strictly within the agreed timeframe.
We execute projects in Slovenia, across the European Union, and in markets beyond. We deploy our own installation teams to the client's site, while prefabrication and factory testing take place in our facilities regardless of the project's location. For remote locations, we coordinate the exact scope of on-site support.
To prepare a quotation, we need the scope of work, technical requirements (URS, P&ID, or bill of quantities), and a preliminary schedule. If documentation is not yet available, we can engage at the conceptual design phase and develop it together with you. A brief project description is sufficient for an initial discussion.
Each project is assigned a single project manager who serves as your direct point of contact through all phases. Progress is tracked systematically and reported at agreed intervals. Changes in scope are handled transparently with a revised schedule, ensuring no surprises regarding scope, deadlines, or costs.
Yes. Our personnel have extensive experience working in regulated environments, particularly within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. We strictly follow all client protocols—from gowning and material entry procedures to maintaining site cleanliness—to prevent contamination and ensure safe execution without disrupting your processes.
Yes. Our cooperation does not end with successful commissioning and handover. We provide after-sales support, spare parts supply, and preventive maintenance. Upon agreement, we can take over regular inspections and servicing of the supplied systems to ensure their extended lifespan and reliable operation.
As a subcontractor for the mechanical scope or as a supplier of prefabricated units within an EPC, EPCM, or EPCMV contract. We operate in accordance with the main contractor's project specifications and procedures, integrate our progress reporting into their master schedule, and submit documentation through their document management system. We assume sole technical responsibility for the mechanical package.
In the prequalification phase, you can expect management system certificates (DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, DIN EN ISO 14001:2015, DIN EN ISO 45001:2023), welding documentation (ISO 3834-2, WPQR, welder qualification certificates), liability insurance, financial statements, HSE statistics, code of conduct, and supply chain compliance statements. We complete client questionnaires and register in the client's supplier portal.
