Critical Infrastructure With a Single Accountable Partner

We deliver turnkey projects, reconstructions, and upgrades of energy infrastructure—covering natural gas, district heating and cooling, steam networks, and hydrogen. A single partner assumes technical coordination across all required disciplines, from design and procurement to commissioning and final handover to the operator.

Interventions on a network are strictly time-limited by permits and supply demands. That is why we build and test modular units in advance; on-site, we simply set them in place and seamlessly integrate them into the system.

Every Weld Documented, Every Joint Traceable

In critical infrastructure, every weld and every joint must withstand decades of continuous operation. We execute highly demanding above-ground and underground transmission and distribution networks.

What we do:

• Transmission and distribution gas pipelines
• Steam lines, hot water mains, water mains and hydrant networks
• H₂-ready pipelines and hydrogen distribution systems
• Interconnecting pipework and functional units for faster installation
• Installation of prefabricated piping modules and distribution assemblies
• Welding and inspection in line with project requirements and technical standards
• Testing, commissioning and handover into operation
• Clear, traceable documentation for safe long-term operation

An Intervention in a Limited Window, Prepared in Advance

Overhauls, upgrades, and tie-ins on existing infrastructure are often executed to tight, pre-agreed schedules, or under conditions where the system must remain operational for as long as possible. Preparation is finalised before the system shuts down: we prefabricate the assemblies, divide the work into precise phases and execute on site without interruptions.

What we do:

• Planned interventions in gas, district heating, hot water, steam and hydrogen systems
• From smaller equipment or pipe section replacements to complex reconstructions
• Tie-ins with the system in operation
• Prefabrication to shorten shutdown time
• Parallel documentation and systematic progress tracking
• After-sales support: spare parts, preventive maintenance and periodic inspections to the operator's requirements
