IMPlementers of Success
On 24 April, we held the closing event of IMPlementers of Success, our leadership development programme, which we have been co-creating for almost two years. But this is not an end: it marks the start of a new phase, the implementation phase.
The programme gave us more than just tools; above all, it gave us space for professional reflection on modern leadership:
– how to communicate more clearly and responsibly,
– how to build trust instead of control,
– how to use questions to develop people rather than simply look for quick answers,
– and how we, as leaders, consciously influence both results and culture.
The closing event confirmed one key insight: leadership is not a function, but a relationship and an everyday practice.
A special source of inspiration was our guest, Petra Majdič, who, through her story of outstanding achievements, setbacks and extraordinary inner strength, raised an important question: what kind of leaders do we want to be when challenges arise? When things are difficult? When results cannot be taken for granted?
A key moment of the event was the leaders’ personal commitments: clear decisions about which behaviours we will strengthen, change or let go of. These commitments are the bridge between knowledge and results.
Our sincere thanks go to Develor Slovenia for their professional guidance, direction and support throughout the entire development process.
The journey continues: with mentoring sessions, development coaching and, above all, in everyday practice, where true leadership actually happens.
